I owe you an apology for my delay and yet is entirely excusable- I was called to Massachusetts to attend the funeral of my father-in-law soon after receiving the papers from Mr. Parsons, and no opportunity has offered until last week when I made the application to Morse & he preferred I should wait & go before Strong - I however explained the whole matter to him and had to adjourn in order to prepare a statement before Judge would sign the order - This he has at length granted- The clerk has endorsed on the order that it is granted- You must file all these papers in Suffolk Co. clerk's office and get a certified copy of the order of Sale from the
