I had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Cozzen in New York, who informed me that he was in search of one or two pictures to have engraved for The Gift. I told him I had a picture somewhere in Philadelphia, The Fortune Teller. It was exhibited at the Artist fund Society last spring. If it would answer to be engraved for The Gift, you were at liberty to keep it in your possession for that purpose.
Please write me on that subject. I am pleased to hear you have purchased Mr. Huntington's last picture.
