Paris, June 25th, 1850.
With sentiments of deep regret, we beg to inform you of the death! of our Mr. Vibert, who died in this city March 13th, on his return from the United States.
According to the act of co-partnership of the firm, Goupil, Vibert & Co., Messrs. Goupil & Mainguet, surviving partners, are permitted to continue the business without interruption; this sad event of Mr. Vibert's death will occasion no other change than in the name of the Firm, which from this date will be, Goupil & Co.
Mr. William Schaus will act, as heretofore, as the representative of our New York house.
