The receipt of your application for a Patent for the Hollow Back Violin etc. has been acknowledged by a communication to us from the Commissioner of Patents. I write to say that before the application can be acted upon, it will be necessary to send a model to the Patent Office. Will you therefore provide me with one for that purpose as expeditiously as possible? The sooner the better.
