As I began to think you would not come home very soon unless we sent for you, I thought I- would write you a few lines this morning to let you know that you have an invitation to a party in this part of the State. Tom has concluded to give a small party before he goes to Erie, and it will be Wednesday Evening. We were going to have it this evening but we thought we had better wait till you came home as it would be much pleasanter. We can wait no longer than Wednesday, so expecting that 'you will be here to make up the company.I remain your,
