My dear Sir,
During my voyage to Boston, Your kind letter of April 16th 1849 was received. Please accept my best thanks for this good information given to me in regard to the beautiful Dance of the Haymakers now in progress in Paris. I hope you are very busy at this moment in painting some charming scenes and will be much gratified to see anything you have done.
Our May number will contain a very elaborate notice on the works at the N. A. of D. and I intend sending you a copy as soon as out. Mr. Vibert & Goupil are all very well, so is also Yours very truly,
Wm. S. Mount Esqr.
